Anything Google is sure to help you drive traffic. I tried creating a twitter account and their server was overloaded and down, sorry Twitter lost my vote. So I created a Google Plus page. Anything Google does is sure to be good and get you traffic! Slick smooth social media software. I'm so glad they waited to compete so they could get it right! And...uh, their server wasn't down.
